HELPING ENTREPRENEURS BECOME RECOGNISED AUTHORITIES
Not everyone needs a podcast.
But every entrepreneur deserves to be
recognised for the value they bring.
"I spent over a decade in professional broadcasting watching talented people go unheard. Not because they lacked expertise but because they lacked access to the infrastructure that makes expertise be heard."

WHY I STARTED
YOUR PODCAST PRODUCER

"During my career in broadcasting, I spent more
than a decade helping programmes reach
audiences across
BBC Radio 4, BBC World Service, LBC,
Virgin Radio UK and beyond.
I saw first-hand what happens when
powerful ideas are given the right platform.
Then I noticed something.
Then I noticed something. Outside broadcasting were thousands of entrepreneurs with remarkable expertise. They had built successful businesses. They were changing lives every day. Yet almost nobody knew who they were.
Not because they were not good enough. Because they did not know how to communicate what they knew — or how to build the platform to share it."

EXPERTISE DESERVES TO BE HEARD
AUTHORITY IS BUILT THROUGH TRUST
BROADCAST QUALITY SHOULD BE ACCESSIBLE
"The gap between what you know and what the world knows about you is almost never a talent problem. It is an access problem."
Candace is a broadcast producer with credits across BBC Radio 4, BBC World Service, LBC, Virgin Radio UK and Comedy Central, working across documentary, speech radio and commercial programming from development through to delivery. In 2026 she served as moderator for a panel discussion at the International Women's Podcast Festival. She is also a committee member of the Black Audio Network Group — a grassroots organisation supporting Black professionals working in audio across the UK.

"Podcasting builds something no other content platform can replicate. When someone has spent ten hours with your voice, they know you. They trust you. And that trust is what creates opportunities."
