BEFORE YOU BOOK
Do I need to already have a podcast to sign up?
No — the Podcast Management Service works for both new and existing shows. If you're launching, we include a strategy and show development phase in your first month to make sure everything is set up properly before you record.
What do I need to record my episodes?
A quiet space, a basic USB microphone and a Riverside.fm account. We'll give you full guidance during onboarding. You don't need a studio or expensive equipment but if you do record in a studio - again, just send the files
How do I send you my recordings?
You upload your audio file to a shared folder — set up during onboarding. From that point we take over completely. You don't need to do anything else until you receive your finished episode for review.
What if I want to cancel after the minimum term?
30 days written notice and your retainer ends cleanly. No exit fees. No complicated process. We'd always rather have a conversation before it gets to that point.
