How do I get started?
Book a free 30-minute discovery call via the button on this page. We'll review your responses before we speak so the conversation is focused from the first minute.
How long does it take to launch?
The first month is dedicated to the foundation — strategy, show concept, audience definition and all the planning work that makes the show successful long term. Depending on your tier, recording may also begin in month one. If everything is confirmed and in place, your first episodes are ready to publish from month two. We don't rush the groundwork. Getting it right before we record is what makes the difference.
How much does it cost?
It depends on where you are and what level of support you need. There is a Your Podcast Producer path at every budget level. Visit our services page for the full breakdown or take the quiz to find the right fit for you.
What happens if I want to cancel?
All retainer services have a minimum three-month commitment — this is the honest runway a podcast needs to demonstrate its commercial value. After the minimum term you can give 30 days written notice to cancel at any point, with no exit fees and no complicated process. We'd always rather have a conversation before it gets to that point — if something isn't working, we want to know.
