IS THIS YOU?
You've built something worth talking about. Your expertise is real, your reputation is growing and the audience you want to reach are out there. You don't need convincing that podcasting is the right tool. You need a team that can build it at the level your brand demands.
You're not looking for someone to edit your audio. You're looking for a strategic production partner who understands what your show needs to achieve commercially and has the broadcast credentials to make it sound like it belongs on a professional platform.
You understand that a podcast built properly — with the right strategy, the right guests, the right production standard and the right distribution — is one of the most powerful commercial assets your business can own. You're ready to invest in it accordingly.
If that's you — this is your service.
WHAT THIS SERVICE ACTUALLY MEANS
Three things. Every episode. Every month.
Your guests are researched, approached, briefed and booked before you've thought about them.
Your recording session is set up, facilitated and quality-checked by a broadcast producer while you focus entirely on the conversation.
Your finished episode — edited, mixed, transcribed, show notes written, clips cut and distributed — handled without you touching a single file.
EVERY EPISODE · EVERY MONTH · TO BROADCAST STANDARD

A decade at the BBC applied
to your business podcast.
Founded by Candace Wilson, a broadcast producer with credits at BBC Radio 4, LBC and Virgin Radio UK ensures every episode is held to the same editorial and technical standard developed in professional broadcasting.
Editorial thinking
We shape every episode — not just technically but editorially. Every decision made with the listener in mind.
Commercial focus
Your show exists to do something for your business. We make sure every episode is built around that purpose — not just filling a publishing schedule.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
How is this different from the Podcast Management Service?
The Podcast Management Service is a post-production service — you record independently and we handle everything after. Done For You is a complete production partnership. We manage every stage including guest booking, recording facilitation, strategy and all post-production. Your involvement is limited to showing up to record, attending your monthly strategy call and reviewing your finished episode.
How much of my time does this actually require each month?
For most Done For You clients the show takes under three hours of their personal time per month — the recording session itself and the monthly strategy call. Everything else is managed entirely by us.
How many Done For You clients do you work with at one time?
A deliberately small number. Done For You is a limited capacity service — we work with a select number of clients at this tier to ensure every show receives the attention, strategic depth and production standard it deserves. If you're considering this service, book a discovery call sooner rather than later.
What if I want to cancel after the minimum term?
30 days written notice and your retainer ends cleanly. No exit fees. No complicated process. We'd always rather have a conversation before it gets to that point.
